Great barbecue and sides with a free extra helpin of ratchet. Not so much the restaurant though...

The was not seasoned well. Although, the fastest of eating your food was less than 3min.

Decent bbq pork and ribs. Can't speak about the chicken. The sides are just ok. Price is fair for what you get.

The ribs looked like they were cooked a few days before they served them to me. Mac and cheese were just cooked pasta with a creamy cheese sauce. Cornbread was cold. Greens out of a can. I will never go back!!

Greatttttt food for what your paying for. The hot sauce isn’t that spicy. This cost me $6. 1 2 3 eating situation. Stopped here while passing through DC. Don’t be stupid, get the cornbread.

I love the chicken here. But, the wait time is a withdrawal. I went on 6.14.19 hoping to get my usual 4 wing platter but instead I lost 30 minutes of my day due to the wait time and had to leave before I even made it to the register to order. One lady, who should have called in her order, had 10 orders that caused the line to stall. I could not wait so I lost out. Unfortunately, so did Hog on the Hill because I am not the only one who left. They need a sign during lunch hour that says "No more than five separate orders coming from the line, per person, during mad rush. You may call in advance for orders greater than five." All of the meats are consistenly delicious....pulled pork, ribs, and chicken, but the sides are the luck of the draw. Worth trying when the line moves as it usually does.

We had a great lunch today. The ribs are pretty good and I am glad we gave this place a chance. I didn't care too much for the beans and rice.

I adore this restaurant! They serve delicious meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I like a lot eating all their food. The dishes are always of high qualtity, the attitude towards the clients is friendly. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. Highly recommended.

Food has gotten so much better lately. Is always get the 5 pork ribs, greens and potatoe salad . And the mild bbq sauce is amazing

If u want food of the grill doing the winter months, this is the spot. The food is pretty good most times (u might get a dried up rib or chicken) here and there. The prices are right and its very filling.

I enjoyed the visit here. I had the rib platter. The ribs were grilled tender but I didn't like the sauce. I had mac and cheese very bland not cheesy and collard greens bland aswell. The cornbread was terrible. The lady was nice who took my order.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is tasty and the crew is efficient and cooperative. always when we go to this place we pass a splendid time. warmly recommended.

I was very disappointed. This place is nothing like it use to be. The Mac n Cheese was of the Kraft variety. Corn bread was dry and tasteless. The potatoe salad was mashed potatoe salad and the red beans and rice was more like Spanish beans and rice. I'm only rating the ribs and chicken and that's being nice. Please hire a black cook if you're offering soul food.
